Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.
Cancellations made:
21 or more days before the start of camp: Receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee per week.
11–20 days before the start of camp: Receive a 50% refund.
10 days or fewer before the start of camp: Non-refundable.
Camp registrations may be transferred to another available week, subject to availability and price differences. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled camp start date to [email protected].
Aurora House reserves the right to cancel any camp week that does not meet minimum enrollment. In this case, families will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available week.
